PDB API for structural similarity searchin
Hi all,
Does anyone know if there is a way to programmatically query PDB's advanced search tools? I know they have a RESTful API for much of the basics but I can't find any indication of whether I can achieve this via it.
I have a bunch of protein structures, and I would like to programmatically query them against PDB using one or more of their advanced structure matching search options:
...structure alignments (FATCAT, CE, Mammoth, TM-Align, TopMatch)...
Any ideas?
