Link genes to organ of expression

Hello,

I have a list of genes and I would like to link them to the organ where they are expressed. Do you know if there is a tool to do it.

I was thinking exporting something from expression atlas. Are you aware of something can help me?

What about importing the expression Atlas into R for your analysis? I have never used it yet, but it is possible with the bioconductor package ExpressionAtlas.

I had a look to the expression Atlas package, but you can filter by gene name. you can only download experiment with raw data. not really what I am looking for.
