Dear Biostars community,
I would like to introduce a new version of microRNA Data Integration Portal (mirDIP) - integrative database of human microRNA target predictions that was developed in our group and was recently published in Nucleic Acids Research
- mirDIP integrates computational predictions obtained across 30 independent original resources.
- mirDIP stores nearly 152 million predictions, while covering 2,586 human mature miRNAs and 34,010 human genes.
- All the entries were standardized in accordance with the current nomenclatures (miRBase, HGNC).
- In addition to collection of existing predictions, mirDIP provides novel integrative score to prioritize microRNA-target interactions, which was statistically inferred with respect to currently available experimental evidence.
mirDIP is freely available at http://ophid.utoronto.ca/mirDIP/

Hello, my name is Dana Shulman and I am currently a Master's student at the Soreq's lab, the Hebrew university of Jerusalem. I was using miRDIP for target analysis as part of Alzheimer's research, and the site has not been working in the past few days. I would really appreciate it if you could refer me to the working tool or let me know if the tool is unavailable anymore. Thank you!
