miRNA-seq mature form annotation
Hello,
We analyzed TCGA miRNA-seq read counts of LUAD project. The reads are mapped as "hsa-let-7a-2" for example, with no indication about 3p or 5p mature forms. Is there a way to identify which reads are coming from which mature form?
