No fusion gene information is avaiable in COSMIC cell lines browser

COSMIC Cell Lines Project v85 was released on 08-MAY-2018. A great deal of specific cell lines' variant information is presented in the browser.

However, my friend was interested in the fusion gene information of different cell lines, but he found no fusion gene information in some cell lines.(such as THP-1, which may has fusion gene). enter image description here

Does anyone get fusion gene information in other cell lines, or care about fusion in cell lines?

I've tried other cell lines e.g. COLO-829, A549 and a couple more, and no data under fusions or breakpoints. I can't seem to find the previous version of the project to check if that was ok there. I'd suggest you to contact COSMIC and let them know about this.
