Enhancers associated to miRNA genes
Hi
Do you know resources linking human enhancers to promoters of miRNA genes ?
There are many resources providing Enhancer-Promoter associations (FANTOM5, FOCS, JEME), however most of the promoters correspond to protein coding genes.
Around 50% of miRNAs are intragenic, and one possiblity could be take the enhancer associated to the host gene, however the intragenic miRNAs are not necessarily transcribed by the same TSS, or in the same condition or cell type.
Any help is welcome!

Yes, that's a good reference and very nice work (although it cover ~200 out of ~1000 miRNAs in miRBase).
