Hello, to check if beagle does the imputation well, After imputing my data with Beagle 4.1, I will want to know if I have a good imputation, how to compare my data of study with my data of reference? and know the rate of imputation? and if there is a threshold ! Please thank you for helping me

I am also new here and want to know about the Beagle 4.1. I have heard that the new beagle 5 version. The accuracy of the imputation of the data in the Beagle 4.1 is not known to me. Apple Support gives all the answers which are asked of it.
