Please check the matrix you posted, this doesn't seem to be correct.

You can do add markup by selecting the text and clicking the 101010 button. When you compose or edit a post that button is in your toolbar, see image below:

In addition, please select a more meaningful title for your thread.

This appears to me as the most trivial nucleotide identity matrix, however, please format it correctly. Generally, 1 being match and 0 being mismatch. In a diagonally symmetric matrix like this , the order of the nucleotide in the rows and columns should be same.
