Hello!!
I'm using Scipio to create a training set of genes. I've followed the pipeline of Scipio and I've got the scipio.yaml output. However, when I try to convert YAML file to GFF format with the yaml2gff.1.4.pl script, the output is only one line:
##gff-version 3
The log message is:
Found 1 YAML entry.
Substitution loop at ~/bin/scipio-1.4/yaml2gff.1.4.pl line 211, <> line 4094556.
Could some of you please enlighten me to try to figure out this problem? Thank you :)
