How to find which platform is best for network drawer in ATTED-II

I am trying to create a network correlation on atted II with the help of its network drawer tool but multiple platform are listed there. Is there any way to determine which platform is better.........

Based on the option names it appears that the platforms correspond to target plant genomes they have available on ATTED-II. Since you seem unsure starting with automatic may be a good option.
