Pie chart on map
How can we make a pie chart on google map? with five following columns:
Country, Latitude, Longitude, hap1(%), hap2(%)
The last two columns are haplotype proportions.
I used PhyloGeoViz but I could not change the color! It dosent work for me in Firefox.
Any idea about how we can make this kind of plots in R?

Searching for "r pie charts on map" would give you enough to work with, for example: https://gis.stackexchange.com/questions/214810/pie-charts-on-gis-maps-using-r
I found this website before and I got the following error: could not find function "api.key.install" when I run this command: map1=GetBingMap(center=c(47.619048,-122.35384),zoom=15,apiKey=apiKey, verbose=1, destfile="Seattle.png") PlotOnStaticMap(map1)

Yes, I went through all the links but I faced with different errors using their method :( For example:https://stackoverflow.com/questions/20052250/pie-charts-in-ggsubplot-ggplot2 Do you know what are all the 3L, 5L, 7L, 8L,... values and how can I get them for my data? what are all the data frame columns?
Or this one:https://stackoverflow.com/questions/10368180/plotting-pie-graphs-on-map-in-ggplot I got this error:Error in grid.Call.graphics(C_downviewport, name$name, strict) : Viewport 'panel.3-4-3-4' was not found
