Hi, For running Proteinortho 5 I need to supply a .gff file. My .gff file is like that

> NZ_FOTL01000022.1       Protein Homology        CDS     284     1399

But the sample .gff file from the software is following

> gi|12345678|ref|NC_012345.1|    sim     CDS     1       1       .     
> +       .       ID=C_1;

How can I convert my files to theirs?
