Where can you find whole genome SNP map data for dog genome?
Hello everyone, Does anyone know where you can find whole genome SNP map for dogs? I did a lot of searching but could only find this one: https://www.broadinstitute.org/disease-research/dog-snps-canfam-20
As you can see, the data is separated by chromosomes and also it's CanFam 2.0 version (while we prefer CanFam 3.0 and data including whole genome). I tried NCBI yet haven't found anything. Will be so grateful if someone can tell me where to find the data I need.
