STAMP problem: one "child" in "tree" can't have more than one "parent"
In a collaborative work, we've generated a profile file from an functional analysis performed in SUPERFOCUS, but when we've put it in STAMP, an error message appeared saying that a value in one column had more than one "parent" in previous columns. Something like that
According to STAMP, this kind of state is not allowed. Do you know how to hack STAMP for allowing it, or suggest another software equivalent to STAMP that allows this configuration?
