CD-HIT-EST-2D how to get more of miRNAs
Hello all, i am trying to compare the results of blast to cd hit est 2d. the initial run gave 15 and 10 respectively but the common miRNAs between them is 6. I want to increase the miRNAs generated to get a higher values in intercept, i already increased the expected values of BLASTn which gave 24miRNAs with the lowest word size of 7. What should the trend of the threshold and word size be in CD-HIT-EST-2D ?
