We have designed a novel method for electrophoresis image analysis and computer algorithm for comparing band sizes from a gel electrophoresis image to numerical models derived from a .FASTA sequence. our publication is almost ready for submission. Our suggested method is designed to compare PFGE image analysis results to models of PFGE generated from WGS data. Instead of position tolerance, we developed three mathematical approaches that collectively linked PFGE to WGS
