I have a list of plant genes and a list of plant metabolites/chemical compounds, are there any ways to determine if there are any biological relationship between the genes and metabolites?

i.e, I would like to know which gene YYY is involved if a metabolite XXX is a byproduct of some ZZZ metabolism, I would like a way to find these relationships.

Any databases/tools to find out such interactions or relationships?
