converting FPC maps to CMAP format

I have an FPC formatted map file. I am installing CMAP-js on a website to display said map. Is anyone aware of an existing utility to convert the maps between formats? There is a bioperl interface for both map type so I could write a program to convert, but maybe someone is aware of an existing one.
