Has anyone already generated the set of FASTA peptides as PTM excision products with potential bioactivity from all human precursor proteins?

We'd like to compare these to the bioactive human endogenous peptides we have curated over the years in the Guide to Pharmacology e.g. http://www.guidetopharmacology.org/GRAC/LigandListForward?type=Endogenous-peptide&database=all
