lnc rna sequence analysis
hi
i am in search of the lncRNA sequence.i search my id eg: ENSG00000233723.7 in lncipedia.org
For one id i get more than one sequence under diferent locations like eg for one id ENSG00000259234.5 i get the below different sequences.
ANKRD34C-AS1:1,ANKRD34C-AS1
ANKRD34C-AS1:8,ANKRD34C-AS1
ANKRD34C-AS1:6,ANKRD34C-AS1
ANKRD34C-AS1:7,ANKRD34C-AS1
ANKRD34C-AS1:9,ANKRD34C-AS1
ANKRD34C-AS1:5,ANKRD34C-AS1
ANKRD34C-AS1:2,ANKRD34C-AS1
ANKRD34C-AS1:4,ANKRD34C-AS1
should i use these combined together ?.how do i understand which is the exact seq for lnc RNA?

Looks like they are different transcripts. If you need the sequence, either you can take sequence from union of exons or treat them independently. Depending in what you want to do with the sequence.
