Label Free quantification
Hi!! I am a rookie in the LC / MS MS results analysis. I am currently using the Perseus program to analyze this type of files (with LFQ), but always from a single experiment. I would like to know if I can analyze two different LFQ files, compare them quantitatively. What I have now is an experiment with 1 control and 2 cases (C-M1-M2), and on the other hand, an experiment with 2 cases (M3-M4). Can I quantitatively analyze the control with the cases 1 2 3 4 in Perseus or another program?
