Modeling of a protein with more than two domains

Hi My protein of interest has 7 domains. Each domain is crystallized separately and are available in PDB. There is also a structure in PDB with 5 domains (A.pdb) along with DNA and metal ions. I want the full structure of the protein i.e all the 7 domains along with DNA and metal ions for the docking studies. In what means I can obtain this full structure. Is modeling the sequence with the available templates a good way to proceed or dock the A.pdb with other domain pdb to get a full structure or go with multidomain assembler options?? Thanks a lot
