MOSAIK Aligner how much min memory it requires ?
Hi When ever I try to run MOSAIK Aligner Its showing error segmentation fault. Though I run on virgo server which has max of 32 CPU allocated to it. I feel though it was a hash based aligner it need a much memory any idea how many CPU can i allocate min CPU.

Phrase your questions better and do some basic google searches before you post here please. I'm saying this based on reading all your questions here. Most of them can be answered by a couple of Google searches. And that's basically how you learn bioinformatics (anything CS related, actually)
