Hi, I am absolutely new with the use of the usearch.

I need to obtain an Otutable.biom, otutable.txt and an otutable.txt with his taxonomy. For the illumina file I followed the online tutorial and I had no problems. But with the Ion torrent input file I can't do the work. The Ion Torren input file is:

a) .fna for the first work (or 6 .fastq file)

b) .fasta file for the second work.

What can I do?

Can you write which script can I use?
