Pathway search for the plant genes
Hello,
It's been some time since I am struggling to find the pathways for my genes (plant) in order to make a biological knowledge about their functions and to be able to categorize them in 5-10 broad categories. For example, this is the information I have:
gene.1 B3 domain-containing protein IPR003340: B3 DNA binding domain; IPR015300: DNA-binding pseudobarrel domain GO:0003677; GO:0005515
Could you please suggest what could I do? I had a look at KEGG and Reactom. Also, is there a way to automate the process? I have quite few genes. Any help is much appreciated.
