Association with snptest
Hi all,
I would like to impute a region of n SNPs in a locus of interest, in order to perform an association test with snptest. Is there a way to do it?

Yes, there are ways to do it. You can impute your data using the Michigan server
Hi You can impute your data using the Michigan Imputation server, Sanger Imputation server, or using your own scripts to impute using software such as IMPUTE2.
