Gene Ontology for DNA motifs
Dear all, I have a list of DNA motifs enriched in a pool of genes from mouse. Now, I want to see, if these motifs occur in other genes in the genome. My aim is to find out genome wide DNA motifs that is common to all the targets of a transcription factor. Besides GoMo, which other online tool can I use for this study?
