Odds ratio confidence interval in meta-analysis
Hi! Does plink output confidence intervals of odds ratio in meta-analysis? I have already (unsuccessfully) tried:
plink --meta-analysis study1.txt study2.txt --ci 0.95
Thanks. Cheers

Are CIs included in the original datasets? Which version of PLINK?
Yes, they are. Plink v1.90b3.31
Did you ever find a solution to this? I am having the same problem. Thanks.
Would it not make just as much sense to present the 2 original odds ratios?
