Gene Expression data
I am analyzing Gene expression micro array ( humans) data i would like to know what should i use as a cut off value for log2 ratio. I have three triplicate samples in one group as untreated and compared to other group labelled as treated. The other things that are to be considered in the analysis are p value which i have kept as 0.05 and FDR-p value please advice
