Microsoft has added OpenSSH client and server functionality to Windows 10 (Note: Native, AFAIK no Ubuntu subsystem needed). You can install this "beta" feature following the instructions in this video You will need to have 2017 Fall Creators update installed. A reboot is required. Afterwards you can ssh directly from Windows 10 command line. Woohoo!
