ClustVis error: too many open devices

Hi,

I was trying to use Clustvis to do a PCA analysis. However, I keep getting the error, too many open devices. This happens when I try using the sample data provided by ClustVis too. This seems to be an error on the ClustVis server. Is there something I could do to fix this issue?

You can hunt and fix the bug, then submit a patch to the authors. Searching for too many open devices returns a lot of informative links (e.g. this one), it should be reasonably easy to fix this bug.

To solve your problem, though, you could try running ClustVis locally - there is a Docker image.

Hi, Thx for the suggestion. I e-mailed the group responsible for developing the software and they fixed it the next day.
