Quantitative information for TF-gene expression
Hello Everyone,
I would be grateful for any help you could provide. I am looking for quantitative data for change of the expression value of a gene (fold-change) by a transcription factor. Could someone tell me if this information can be obtained from any of the databases?

You could look for gene expression experiments that involve a knockdown of the TF in a system similar to yours. Otherwise, I do not think there is a simple answer to your question.
