Any GWAS tool for bacteria?

Hi,

I have a vcf file containing 210000 variants (SNPs and INDELS) and 1480 individuals from streptococcus pneumonia bacterium. I need a tool to perform a GWAS on this set of variants. Any tool suggestion?

Bacterial GWAS analysis?

Go to the left upper corner of the page, press "Latest" and insert 'GWAS bacteria' into the empty panel in the middle.

Another way - try ncbi: www.ncbi.gbk.nih.gov,

using these keywords: GWAS AND tools AND bacteria NOT human NOT animal

Ona more way: try google.scholar.com

There are some articles there as well.
