Removing adapters from Oxford nano pore reads

Hello All,

I am trying to remove the adaptors from the ONT reads. I am not sure which tool to use for that. Could someone help me?

The recommended tool for that is PoreChop.

It's worth noting that the author of PoreChop posted this month that it is now officially unmaintained/unsupported. So far, it doesn't look like anyone's created an alternative.
