Looking for Zebrafish v10 multiple genome alignment or phastCons track
Hi, I'm looking for phastCons scores for Zebrafish v10. There is phastCons track available for Zebrafish v9, and I could lift it over but it results in some gaps that I would like to avoid. So I wonder if mby someone did that and would be kind enough to share it? Cheers
