I want to Know About the Step wise Procedural Actions..of Cutadapt toolkit. From the very basics Steps.i.e from installation part to the final trimming of the adapters.. Yours suggestions.will be really..helpful for me... Thanks..

While I agree that for some tools documentation is hard to find, Cutadapt seems well documented. If you get stuck with something specific you are welcome to ask questions (containing sufficient information about what goes wrong), but a question like the one you posted here does not deserve an answer.
