miRNA, siRNA detection tool from the genomic sequence
Hello, Everybody, I am interested in finding the regulatory effect of transposable element (TE). it is well recorded that transposable element derived siRNA or microRNA could have a significant effect on gene regulation. I have some particular targeted transposable element mainly retrotransposon DNA sequence and I am interested to find either they have a potential site to produce siRNA or microRNA.
Can anybody give me some suggestion, if there is any tool available to do such kind of analysis?
