Hello,

I would like to know how to convert (includes downloading) a network information from KEGG and/or REACTOME to an offline .db file, so it could be manipulated in f.x. SQLite (tutorials, litterature, etc...)? (To my excuse I would like to say, that I tried to briefly search on the internet and also tried to find the information on both KEGG's and REACTOME's respective sites before asking here. I must admit, that I might have missed similar queries on Biostars.org, but it certainly wasen't on purpose).

Thanks in advance
