what is the difference between snps files in UCSC download

I 'm trying to find the snps within 1mb or 1kb from the gene

there are several snps file in http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenpath/hg19/database/

like snp 142,snp 144, snp 146, snp 147 and so on

which one shall I choose? my gene data is hg 19

You may find it easier to use the UCSC Table browser (or BioMart from Ensembl) to download the information you need.

Those numbers are dbSNP build references (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/SNP/buildhistory.cgi ).
