what implications do these results lead to in terms of industrial and laboratory cell culture?
- Physiology is altered especially in 'immortalised' cell lines.
- Cells pick up many mutations
- Growth in nutrient rich media, often alters response to growth factors.
- Environment cannot fully recapitulate in vivo conditions (pressure, oxygen tension &c)
PLEASE TELL ME THE IMPLICATIONS OF CONSEQUENCES ON INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTION AND LABORATORY RESEARCH.
