MuTect2 beta --germline_resource file
Hi, I'm new in using MuTect2 :p
I'm a bit confused that the gnomAD file provided on broadinstitute downloads is about three times larger than the gnomAD file provided on bundle ? is there any difference between these two files ? could the difference affect the output of MuTect2??
