Database of mouse ligand receptors

Hi All,

I was wondering if there is a website or a database where you can download a list of mouse genes that are ligand receptors in a tab-delimited format.

You can try this site, which allows you to search for GO terms and find the resulting genes involved. You can also sort by species and download the results in a tab-delimited format, so hopefully it will yield what you want.

I suppose "celltalkDB" can download L_R pairs directly.
