OMA orthology. Error, (in RemoveSpaces) can only assign a character
Hello dear BioStar community,
I have an error I can't figure out when I am trying to use the software OMA:
"Process 101858 on amado: job nr 1 of 1 Error, (in RemoveSpaces) can only assign a character "
I don't have any special character in my fasta head, and no space in the files... I am a bit lost with this specific error... Does anyone have an idea?
