hey i'd like to predict genes involved in inflammatory pathway in diabetes type II, i mean those genes that hasn't been investigated too much and preferably has an effect in functional mechanisms. i'm searching for bioinformatic sites that can help me... i visited STRING,COREMINE . but all the genes they predicted were with REACTOME source; which is another bioinformatic site.. can you help me out... our introduce another useful site..??
