What are some bioinformatics studies that have been done looking at antimicrobial resistance?
I have seen multiple papers that focus on microbiology and chemistry aspect of antimicrobial resistance, and have yet to find one that involves more bioinformatics. From what I understand, the databases for antimicrobial resistance genes is getting bigger and wanted to see if anyone has made a recognizable attempt at doing a bioinformatics project.
