Hi, at what cycle (flow) is carry forward/incomplete extension (CAFIE) corrector apply for 454 Roche technology?

I try to find it in manual, but I didnt find any useful information so far?

I find this: Recursive CAFIE (recursiveCafieCorrector) uses an iterative approach to improve the CAFIE corrections. It is applied by default for all Runs except those using the GS FLX Titanium Sequencing Kit XLR70 or the GS FLX Titanium Sequencing Kit XL+ with amplicon processing.

but the corrector should be applied only from the certain position in sequence.

Any ideas?
