Tools to call SVs using corrected PacBio reads
Hi,
There is a lot of tools that calls SVs from PacBio subreads. My question is; If there are tools to call SVs from corrected subreads (meaning: the PacBio subreads were corrected using short reads, by tools like proovread, jabba, lordec .. etc)
If not, what software shall suit this scenario? (To call SVs from high fidelity long reads)
