Set percent identity and percent length covered in HISAT2 mapping

I am comfortable using HISAT2 and would like to change the percent identity and length covered in the mapping. An example of these parameters is in CLC mapping tool. How can I do this in HISAT2? http://resources.qiagenbioinformatics.com/manuals/clcgenomicsworkbench/750/index.php?manual=Mapping_parameters.html
