build Affymetric Multispecies miRNA-4 Array annotation packge with pdinfoBuilder
Hi all: I recently analyzed Affymetric Multispecies miRNA-4 Array with oligo pacakge of R. when I imported data and used read.celfiles to read data, there was a error that didn't find pd.mirna.4.1 in BioConductor website. I read oligo reference manual and found that we could build a annotation packge with pdinfoBuilder. But I didn't no idea, can you help me or give me some advices Thanks
