This page were applied to list all the computational tools for multiplex PCR primer design for Oligo Design for Multiplex PCR & High Throughput SNP/RNA/BSP and Analysis.

Later, I will compare all of them and give some suggestion to the advantage and disadvantage for each other. Of course, If someone already did this job, please give some suggestions.
